If you prefer to leave your completed tasks in its note or jot upon completion, you'll want to use Amplenote's "Cross out" option.
The best way to use "Cross out" is through its hotkey: Ctrl-Shift-Space
You can also cross out a task via the "Cross out" option at the bottom of your Task Details:
